So, this is the day that we can say it all officially begins. Although M. and the kids have been here since 3 August. I arrived, went to bed, got up, went to register with the police etc. A normal start to life here.


Flights to here always seem to be night flights, so the whole of the next day is virtually written off as you struggle with barely being awake. Some people seem to be able to sleep on planes - clearly, I'm not one of them.
